Training for Scientists "Scientometric DataBases as a Research Tool"

It is aimed for scientists and everyone interested in learning more about the effective use of science Data bases for conducting research.

Coach: Tetiana Borysova, Head of the Electronic Resources Department in the NaUKMA Scientific Library, expert in the field of Scientometrics (Thomson Reuters, 2016 certificate).

During the training:
- We will learn how to effectively use the Scopus and Web of Science databases for research;
- consider the peculiarities of the formation and composition of each of the bases;
- Let's look at the basic scientometric indicators using the bases, and we will learn how to operate them correctly;
- and, most importantly, we will learn to search (and find) the necessary information;
+ a few tips that will help in further scientific life.
